Hi I am planning to get my belly button pierced this afternoon, but I would like to know how much clothes rubbing on the piercing would effect it? And I work in child care so I spend half of my day lifting children so will that slow healing time? And am I better off asking for a bar or ring? And how long will it take to heal? Also I have had the bottom of my ears pierced for the 3rd time, had the tops of my ears done and my belly button done twice and I took them all out because they wouldn't heal, but I had my nipple pierced and a piercing in my lady parts and they healed fine, so what did I do wrong with the other ones? Any one have any ideas on how to stop infection next time? I maybe allergic to the metal but why are my nipple and lady part fine? I can wear surgical steel, gold and silver in my ears but I can't use the ones you get from accessories shops as they make my ears itchy and hurt, is this why I have problems with piercings? Thanks
