H, I just discovered this website and thought I would give it a go. I'm a 24 yr old female and I am so cofused about a lot of my feelings at the minute and would like to find somewhere that I can go to to talk to someone who will not judge me for the things I have to say. I cannot afford to have counselling sessions every week so need to find somewhere that is free. Neither of my parents are around so I rely solely on my few friends for support and am I really struggling, I need to resolve some of these complications very quickly. Does anybody have any ideas where I may be able to find the help I am looking for please?

Are you in a rural area, a small village, or a city? Do you have a car to help you get around? (Sorry for all the questions.)

This is a great site to come to when you need to speak with others... there are a lot of caring people on here from all over the world who will respond :) and try to help you within their means if they can.

Now here in the U.S. We can sometimes find someone in our local churches to speak with and its usually free.

If you can not find someone local, just hang out here for awhile... :)

Is there a university near you that has a psychology department? Many times these schools do this for free or on a sliding-scale fee basis.

You are so very welcome :)!

I forgot to add that there maybe a support group near you, check online about support groups in your area.
They are free.
Not really sure what you would like to talk about or address... so check out what these support groups are for OK?

Stay in touch OK. Let us know how you are doing :)!
