As far as I know Cu does not react with diluted sulfuric but under the present of oxidizing agent, e.g. H2O2 or O2 (in the continuously supplied air flow) Cu metal can react with hot diluted H2SO4 to form copper sulfate and water. Can you show me the detailed procedures to manufacture copper sulphate from Cu metal and sulfuric acid, which is utilized actually to produce CuSO4, with required parameters such as concentration of H2SO4, temperature etc... Thank you!
