One of my hard disk is affected by bad 88 sectors.how to remove the bad sectors.is there any software to remove or any commands.

The check disc application can attempt a repair.

Spinrite (http://www.grc.com/sr/spinrite.htm) will repair nearly any hard drive that has anything short of the heads contacting the platters it is $89 and I have used it to save dozens of crashed drives. That being said once a drive starts losing sectors I tend not to trust them and after I can get the data off I replace them.
