I've been with my boyfriend for about 4 years now and been having unprotected sex I am 21 and my period is 7 days late... usually my period is always on time since I have been taking iron pills but I am unsure of what's going on now.. is there anything I should watch put for on my body that may give me clues for pregnancy? When should I take a test? Thanks

Since you are already a week late, and usually very regular, you could take a test now. It is possible that your cycle is just off this month, but certainly pregnancy should be either confirmed or ruled out.
