That one old 80% furnace and one of the harder to work on. The five wire gas valve has a pick and hold circuit and is hard to trouble shoot. First if the control board has ever been changed it should have a flashing light on it to give you a code for the fault, if not how much is trying to work? After you kill the power and turn it back on will the inducer motor come on? If a limit opens the blower will run all the time. Make sure the low voltage fuse is not blown (3amp automotive fuse on the control board). It has a thermal fuse link that sets above the burners(roll out limit switch)If open the system will not work until the limit is replaced.
