Hello, I have a credit card that went to collections awhile ago, that I have avoided paying and I am just wondreing if the creditor is able to garnish the money that I put into my checking account, without my concent or knowledge. If the creditors can find your account , they can get a judgement and proceed to freeze your account you should maybe try to work something out or talk to an attorney about bankruptcy if you can not pay This will not go away you will have to deal with this sooner or later
