How long should we estimate the processing time to be for my no-dependents Filipina bride to move from Phil. To Canada, after Phil. Marriage?

Which visa are they getting to come over on, will they be doing a work or vacation visa to start with, then get married and ask for a change of visa after they are here ?

I have found that it should be (Canada) Family Class visa and, yes,I would like to know the total time involved once processing begins upon (Philippines) marriage. Yes, proof of meetings & contact info is available.
