Hello I have had severe shooting pain and swellen to my feet the pain starts then a small knot appears ia am not able to sleep at night

Maybe you twisted your ankle if the pain's on your ankle.You should go visit the leg hospital. Or you should put cold water on a towel, then rub it against your ankle or wherever is hurt.
