The problem is that your dryer is dirty. The sensors must be able to sense for the timer to advance. Take the dryer apart and clean every duct by removing it and cleaning with soap and water. You need a long handle wire brush or good plastic brush. Clean the blower, element housing, everything. You should also replace the belt and grease all bearings and rollers with lithium grease. You will get about a five gallon bucket of dirt out of a dryer 2-3 years old. Sensors cannot work with all that dirt. Make sure to clean out door parts that move air, too. Look in every part and clean it all. It should work very well when through.
