I'm called for interviews for a post of lecturer, please assist me with guide to this questioin.

How can anyone here help you with this? We don't know you. This is a personal question that they ask to get your feelings on yourself and some more background information. You have to give them what they want... tell them more about yourself. What can you do or have you done that makes you fit that job?

Have you lectured before, wrote articles that were published in professional magazines. What degrees, credentials, and awards you have earned, prpfessional organizations you belong to. Your work experience, etc...

Anything that is important for the prospective employer to know about you professionally that will show why the prospective employer should consider giving you the position you are applying for. This will also determine if you are a good fit for the position that you are applying for as well as a good fit for the organization as a whole.
