Hello!
I'm trying to find the title of a movie I watched when I was a little girl, it's probably from the late 70's or early 80's: it's about a little boy with curly hair who grows angel wings and it's painful to him but he can't help it, I think he's locked for scientific purposes but scapes, climbs a tower or some sort of tall construction and flies away. Please... someone knows which movie I'm talking about?
