I am breaking out on my entire stomach and entire back and it doesn't itch or even really bother me. I got out of the shower and I went to put lotion on and I felt my stomach and I seen a bunch of very tiny little white bumps you almost can see them unless you are really looking its only all over my stomach and back. I also have been going to the tanning bed and wondered if that was it but I've been washing my body daily. And using lotion. Could you please help me I just noticed it today but I'm pretty sure its been on me since Tuesday

You might have had some kind of allergic reaction from something. Whether that be from the tanning spray/bed, whatever kind of soap/body lotion you use, it sounds like an allergic reaction of some sort. I wouldn't panic though, but I think you should get it checked out with your doctor. And if it wasn't some kind of allergic reaction, maybe it was something stress induced. Don't worry, just ask your doctor.
