A relative has decamped to Mississipi USA with two youg children.She was single but has since married her "date" and now the father of the children in UK has ordered her back to UK for the children to resume schooling. He assaulted her and has a drug record. Her visitor visa expires on 26th Feb and her return flight ticket ran out at eng of November 2011. Since she seems to have gone to USA on a visit initially she has really messed up. We have suggested going to a Gritish Consulate but we have heard nothing from her for some days. Any suggestions ?
