It depends on how deep the scratches are. If minor surface scratches can be buffed out using kitchen rite corian cleaner/polish.
For deeper ones u many have to get a repair man.

You can sand out minor scratches with 220 grit sandpaper. Hand sanding recommended. Use light pressure and a firm sanding block. Then sand area with 400 grit to bring it back to normal sheen. Finally buff the surface with a gray Scotch-Brite pad used for auto refinishing. The Scotch-Brite can be used with a random orbital sander with hook and loop surface.
