Say your son is playing college sports, on a partial scholarship and gets hurt, to the point they need surgery. Can you get the college to cover any of the surgery ?

Not unless you can either prove negligence on the school's part or the school has insurance to cover injuries.

yes, as long as your son doesn't hurt himself again!!! If he goes to sports class, just tell the teacher to tell him to sit out the class. When I had a broken arm, I had to sit out the whole entire P.E class.
