My sister is the executor of our parents estate. I need to know if she has the right to collect rent from the estate. And keep it for herself. She is making my other sister pay $800 a month. There is 8 of us children and we don't think it is right to charge her anything. Just to keep it up is all we ask.

Your other sister is staying in premises that belong to your parents' estate? Until the estate is distributed, that sounds reasonable.
But you also say the estate is paying rent to your sister, the executrix? What is the estate renting from her, and why?

The estate has the right to get rent, not your sister, as long as she puts the money into the estate bank account. But no she can not keep it herself, Your sister should make the check out to the estate.
OF course you can challenge your sister being the executor of the estate, you and your other family can challenge and require her to show how she is accounting for the estate money.
If the sister renting is one of the heir, * while she does owe rent to the estate, it is doubtful your sister could evict her since she is one of the heir.
