I caught my husband cheating after we had been together for 22 years and I bought a tract phone and sent him threating messages that someone was going to hurt me just to get him back in my life & we are now going through a nasty divorce can he use that against me in our divorce

I don't see anything about a false police report here. But if he can prove you created phony threats, that could be used against you. So could a false police report.

Basically yes, anything you do or did can be brought up in divorce court. But why is it a nasty divorce ? Who is fighting for what? But yes his cheating , photos of him cheating if you have them, anything is fair game in divorce court.

But why, the only things to fight for is property or kids, so what is the divorce fight about?
