Please help me to win easier meeting with my boss and HR.
1.I have education from Europe and after researchof World Education Services in Manhattan NY is equivalent -master engineer in US.
2.I finished 4 years community collage and received Sertification -English second language.
For 1. And 2. I paid a lot of dollars.
3.I have 26 years experience in the same background in Europe as engineer.
I'm feel very upset because the company engaged girls and boys after 4 years collage without experience with salary, sick and personal days and we work together the similar work. I desire to be engaged as engineer with salary and all benefits as younger coworkers. At the same time I like my work and I don't want to loss it. Please help me, give me advices about the upcoming meeting.
