For the past 4 days I've had this real deep achin in the right side of my chest and sometimes it spikes to near intolerable levels on a scale 1 to 10 it's a 8 constantly and on a spike it'l go to 10 plus I don't know what to do it gets a little bit worse with each passing day. Also at times the pain will wrap around my right shoulder and I can feel my pulse in the deep aching .

Please go to the ER. All chest pain should be taken seriously and immediate medical attention is advised.
