I would not necessarily get him one particular gift, but plan a day/evening which integrates a few of his interests in a creative way, like lay out clues that he has to follow sequentially throughout the day to uncover mini-gifts i.e. morning text message from u saying to go outside, where he will find a box of his favourite chocolates on his doorstep with a note attached. Maybe the note could say to drive to a location meaningful to you both i.e. place of first kiss/date, and while driving, perhaps have a mix cd on the dashboard of his car, to insert into the player, playing his favourite songs/ songs important to your relationship history. Once he arrives at the destination, he sees you wearing the same clothes/ having the same look as you did on your first date etc, recreate that date where he fell for you, and before you retire for the evening of intimacy, perhaps hide tickets for his favourite sporting match/concert within your undergarmet for him to discover as you seal the deal.
