I have been living in the house for approximately 5 months in exchange for work. I was named dock master and told to keep an eye on the place he was in the process of opening another business in Wisconsin. He was served with what I assume eviction papers on 12 2 11 and we here at the marina @eren't informed of this... I was asked or told to leave pack and be gone in 2 hours... what are my right and the rights of the live a board tenants that I have

You were told you had three DAYS to move or 2 HOURS to move? Your posts are contradictory.

Under federal law a tenant (and you would qualify as a tenant) must be given 90 days AFTER the property has changed hands to move. The law is referred to in sticky notes at the top of this forum.

This (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/real-estate-law/paying-rent-when-property-foreclosure-316199-2.html) is the link. The only possible exception would be if the new owner could prove that the compensation the OP was giving (services of a dock master) were "substantially less than fair market rent for the property". But they would have to sue to evict (after first giving a notice to quit under state law) in any event.
