Regardless of the enzymes tested for (probably EtG/EtS) elimination time will depend on amount of alcohol consumed.

They are testing you for liver disease, which has many complications. Most of them over a period if you continue consuming alcohol, are fatal.

You don't say how old you are, but if over sixty and still drinking, then I would say your days are numbered.
