Hi,

I have L2 visa with EAD and currently having job in India.If I take long leave and work on EAD with same company.
1. Is it legal?
2. Can I apply for H1 this April and still continue in EAD till October and after that will work with H1B?
3. For TAX filing or any legal aspect, please let me know
