A D15B7 engine is 1.5L.
The engine no. is cast into the block, which is located to the left of the exhaust manifold and below the radiator hose, as you face the engine.
Depending upon the situation, soak the plug with PB Blaster or Kroil. Try using a long "Easy Out," attached to a 12-point socket, and a 12-inch breaker bar to remove the plug. Gently work the plug and keep applying PB Blaster or Kroil.
In the future, it's important to remove spark plugs every 3 years to help prevent seizure in an aluminum head. Using a flux brush, lightly coat the spark plug threads with antiseize compound. Afterwards, since antiseize is a lubricant, tighten the plugs 25% less than the spec to prevent stripping the threads or plug seizure. Only install/remove spark plugs when the engine is "stone" cold.
