I have a 7 year old daughter complaining of vaginal itching and hurting. Yesterday she saw a few drops of a reddish color come out in the shower. After I checked there, nothing looked abnormal, but there was a strong odor. I suspect yeast infection but don't know what treatments are appropriate for a 7 year old.
