Steering wheel shimmys and shakes at low speeds 20 to 20 after hitting a bump in the road. Front end allignment done, high speed balance new tires, new brakes and rotors... dealer can't find the answer check front end components said they all looked good...

Most cars need to have the lower ball joints and outer tie-rod ends replaced every 100,000 miles--I recommend Moog components. Honestly, the same goes for wheel bearings and struts. It's cheaper to have all of this done at the same time. The dealer likely missed something big--the front end components may "look" good but something isn't right. Get a second opinion, from someone who knows what they are doing.

Keep in mind that if you have a FWD car, and a lower ball joint fails, the whole wheel, steering knuckle, and axle will be ripped off the car--a harrowing experience, to say the least. Since alignments, these days, are usually "toe and go," they should have detected wear in the outer and inner tie-rod ends, if there was any. Many people, however, have a harder time evaluating lower ball joints and wheel bearings; therefore, I would focus first on these items.
