My wife is calling my PO and getting information from him about my drug tests and other details she is trying to get and use in our divorce. Is this legal for him to do and is there anything I can do to stop it? PS -I have tested negative on all of my tests...

He is telling her how often I have to test and how my meetings are going. Is my info confidential? Can anyone just call him for info? Can he be in trouble for giving out this info over the phone?

She may still be listed on paper work, or she may have asked for the info though court for evidence, But no there is nothing you can sue him for. And she is free to bring your probation record into review in divorce court.

But why the issue in divorce, if both parties agree to terms, it is over with no fight

Hello p:

Have you ASKED them to STOP? Maybe if you did it in a certified letter with a copies going to the judge AND the chief PO, you might get some results.
