I receive a NOTICE OF INVOLUNTARY LIEN by the ASSESOR-RECORDER-COUNTY. They say the lien my be on my real property, I was thinking file bankruptcy, but I was trying to get a loan modification for my house, that is way I didn't file for bankruptcy before, finally I on trial for the loan modification, I start on 2/1/2012 my first payment, and I have 2 more payments to go, and I want to file bankruptcy after I get my home loan permanent. After I get this NOTICE OF INVOLUNTARY LIEN. I don't know what to do, if file bankruptcy right now I don't know if this will affect my trial on the loan mod. Or if I wait little bit longer until I get my home loan permanent and file for bankruptcy. Can they do something at this moment against me or my personal belongs?
