There is a very very painful practice being used by little-people to gain height. However, you have to get the surgery done very early in your life, and you live in pain constantly during the time of the treatments.
The implement a "tightning" type system in your legs, and every couple months or every year, not sure, they extend the device, which in turn forces your legs to extend.
As I said its very painful, in a sense its like the medieval torture rack which pulls your arms and legs. It is productive though, most little people grow to 4 1/2 feet if done at a young age.

Beside the painful route, I did see a product which promised you to gain height, and "exagerated" the results on first glance. In truth, the average users gained 1 inch. Most likely not worth it, as how would you know the growth was result of the product?
