I just recently had to replace my toilet and got the newer toilet that is chari height. Anyway, in doing so my supply line from wall to the toilet is about 2" to short now. I have pex tubing through out the house and was hoping for an easy solution. Like just being able to connect and adaptor of some kind to the end of the existing hose to another shorter supply line that could attach to the adaptor then to the toilet. However I'm not finding this very easy to find or anyone that is very helpful. Any suggestions on what I should do. Looking at the supply line into the wall it appears there is some other plastic piece so i'm not able to tell for sure if it is attached to some kind of metal tube and crimped on. I'm trying to do this with out tearing up my wall to get a better look. I already ran into trouble when I installed the toilet and the flange was broken. Anyway, any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi Cindy and Welcome to The Plumbing Page. At AskMeHelpDesk.com. You're responding to a 4 year old dead thread so I gave you one of your own. Look in then upper left hand corner of the first post form the date before you post, Thanks,
Can you give us more details? Is there a angle stop (see image) coming out of the wall? Can you furnish a picture of what you're talking about? Back to you, Tom
