What is the cause, if motor bearing is being charttered in fan blower of a boiler

Remove the inducer motor assembly from the boiler. Look for plugged or broken fan blades. Turn the fan to see if it turns freely. If it doesn't replace it.
Check the voltage to the inducer motor, which should be aqbout 120 VAC.
