I live in roanoke va and just found out I have to file an 8379. I filed my return with h n r block e-file jan 11,2012 my refund has been processed so now I have to send in my 8379 by mail where do I send it

You mail the Form 8379 to the same IRS Center to where your efiled return went. Contact the H&R Block to get that address.
