I am almost 17 years old, and I've always been skinny, but not scary skinny. I am currently around 110 pounds. I can't have 3 big meals a day. Ever since I was a baby I've had to have a few snacks a day (not like candy, but have little meals throughout the day) But recently I haven't been eating bigger meals and been sticking to little ones and a lot of junk food, I have a high matabolism so I can eat and burn it off, but right now, I'm not active so I'm getting a little pudge. I want to know how I can burn it off and get fit and retone my abs. I can deal with no junk food and I can go to the gym, but any advice on my diet?
