I've read some other answers but I'm still not sure. I know it's nothing to do with being pregnant, but I'm still worried. I don't know what to do, plus I don't want my mum to find out or make a fuss. She'll think I'm sexually active or something. It's nothing to do with that, I may just be stressed from exams or a change in my weight. Ow what should I do.

You need to go to your doctor and get checked out and will have to tell your mom! Some miss their period because of stress or change in diet... or sometimes exercising too much cause that too. If you donot get your period for 3 months you will need to go see a doctor so they could make you get on it and check you for PCOS

I am sorry, you need to tell you mom and she perhaps needs to make a fuss about you afraid to talk to her. There are 100's of reasons to miss a period, and gong to a gyn is part of growing up and becoming a women. She can and should be discussing with you things like infections and more.
And since you are not having sex ( you actually never said that, but I will assume) since I am sure you know that NO form of birth control is 100 percent.
So you tell her you are not having sex if she asks, and she will think of a dozen other reasons. It happens to her also.
