Not having the 'blue' book for this could not give you accurate amount but I would have to say whatever fhe scrap metal value would be.

According to Kelley Blue Book: if the car has 100K miles on it and is in good condition you could expect to get about $2400 if you sell it privately. This assumes all standard equipment. Personally I have found Kelley Blue Book to be a bit optimistic in its estimates - so perhaps $2K.
You can play with the details on kbb.com:
Kelley Blue Book (http://www.kbb.com/pontiac/sunbird/1993-pontiac-sunbird/se-convertible-2d/?vehicleid=11119&intent=trade-in-sell&mileage=100000&category=convertible&pricetype=trade-in&isnotabs=true&tisversion=b)

Sorry E but blue book values are way out of line in this Auto age now.
I traded in my 97 sunfire with all options, sunroof, mint, and for $1000, in the town where they were concepted and built Oshawa, ontario.
So OP car is scrap material.
