I was with 3rd month pregnancy and I had abortion 5 days back, today I've observed there is like yellow fluid coming from my left breast. Can any one please tell me what could be reason for this.

This is likely due to the hormones from the pregnancy that are in still your system. It would not be unusual to have some discharge even months later. Most likely you will notice it less and less over time. Many women who experience a miscarriage or an abortion several weeks into a pregnancy will experience the same thing.
