My brother, who lives abroad and I sold our father's condo after his death. I, a US citizen broat my half Which was $36000 home in cash. I reported this at customes.
Do I have to file any forms when I do my tax return?

No - inheritances are not taxable by the Fed government. However, depending on where you live in their may be inheritance taxes due to your state. Tell us what state you live in and we'll check it for you.
