The key itself doesn't have a name but some of the character's on it do:

` = Grave Accent (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%60)
¬ = Negation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C2%AC)
¦ = Vertical Bar (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C2%A6)

Its called a backtick
