Our 9 year old female cat caught and killed 2 different birds and put it in our shower in the same spot over the period of 2 mornings. What does that mean?

That she is good at catching birds and is showing you. Keep the cat restrained or move the bird feeder please.

She is leaving you a "present" mine does it with mice and moles.
