I was arrested in for Georgia while on vacation and have pending felony charges I live in New York and am looking for a job I want to know if employers in New York will be abe to see my charges in ga?

If they run the government background check, no they will not show up. It is possible if they use a private search firm for background checks, that do not use government background systems, it could be in the system.

I think it would help for you to inquire with both the court system that will be hearing your case in Ga and the Ga GCIC regarding your question.

I say this because the way it works in NY at least is that once your prints have been transmitted to NY and the FBI, they stay there until they are removed. If an employer in NY is fingerprinting you using FBI info to check your record in another state, they may be able to see your pending arrest in Ga.

On the NY Court system background check any pending arrests will show up when a background check is performed. The only time an arrest event is removed is if the arrest was dismissed, ACD'd or there was an acquittal

Just saying, I think you would learn more if you contacted the court that will be hearing your case as well as the Ga GCIC.
