Hello there,
One, those are one of the things that you need to be proud of, they're part of being a woman, no use trying to hide it.
Second, no matter how much you try and cover them, men will always stare at them.
Third, well, try a padded bra, like a Playtex... with front closing. They a little bit more expensive than regular bras, but they hold them in place, shape them gorgeously and make you a little more sure about "jumping up and down" without feeling self-conscious.
Another thing... don't be ashamed or feel weird. He might just be a sleazeball for all you know, then, I would just stay away from him. I guess his mommy didn't explain him how to treat a lady. Anyhow... you need to be happy with what you got, they're part of you, no need in hiding you're a woman (while he's still a "boy").
Hope this helps. I'm going to say "The world need you radiant", which is a little something one of my best friends told me. Look at yourself in the mirror every morning, and tell yourself that... it'll help like a charm. :D
