I had a mini stroke 5 years ago and last night my tongue went numb my muscles are stiff facially and my vision is blured on the right hand sign on my face, could this be related to t5he mini stroke and if not what could it be?

It could be a new mini stroke, no it would not be from something 5 years ago.

I had a stroke three years ago and a TIA soon after that, I would suggest you go to your doctor or hospital asap it could be a TIA again or stress related don't let this go on without treatment
