I'm after some good advice.my sons dad has taken me to court for 4 years now, and at the start my 5 year son went with a push.but noe he really doesn't want 2 go. So now its going to the big courts as I say, as I found out that my sons dad is going in for custady and I think that will really upset my son so much as he has told me he doesn't like him,my son has a legal guideian she has meet my son once for an hour and she thinks I should get on with the dad and I do try. Do u think he will get my son off me as I'm so scared to loss my son as I've done every thing for him since he was born and the dad hasn't done any thing.

Yes, there is a good chance he will gain some custody of some kind. You are just going to have to learn to deal with it.

If I understand you (and it wasn't easy), the father has visitation, but your son is now balking at going for his visits?

Is that the issue? If not, can you clarify?

You indicated your son has a GAL (Guardian ad liteum). The GAL should be talking to him and find out why he doesn't want to visit with his father.
