I delivered vaginally 3 months back and had episiotomy. Now I am having granulations repeatedly. My gyn has has used silver nitrate sticks to burn them but tend to reappear after few days. It has burned 4 times and she suggests that the tissue has to be opened and cut. Please suggest me something as I don't want to undergo the surgery.

Hi Esh1613... some doctors have experience with taking care of it with laser treatments. You could ask about that possibility and save the surgery as a last resort.
