This washing machine has been working but the problem is when it gets to the spin and rinse cycle it stops, as if it just soaks in there and the water doesn't drain out. Any ideas what the problem could be and can it be fixable. I don't know much about washing machines, so easy terms would be helpful!? Thanks

This may sound strange but give it a try. Unplug the electric. Leave unplugged 2 or 3 minutes, then plug it back in. This allows the controls to reset. It worked for me. Good Luck and God Bless.

I have a similar problem and I found the same solution of unplugging. Unfortunately this seems like a problem that will just get more frequent until it shuts down completely. It may need a part but not sure if it is the dial or motor.
