I met this guy about a month ago. We work next to each other. He is a manager at a restaurant that is right next door to where I work. One day I went there for lunch (this was the first time we ever saw each other). The first thing he said was :you have beautiful eyes" I said thank you> I didn't really think anything of it because people always tell me that they like my eyes. So I got my food and left. About an hour later I went back over to the restaurant to ask if I can have a refill and he said Yes and asked if I worked near by. I told him I worker right next door. So days went by and we started talking more and more then my co worker gave him m number and he texted me the same day. It was going great and he liked me. After a couple weeks of talking he wanted to hang out with me and I said OK. So we went to his house. We talked, watched a movie. At first we sat on two different couches (but the couches were next to each other so we were still sitting next to each other)and then he started touching my arm, then we started holding hands. Halfway through the movie I got up and went to sit next to him because he was holding my hand. Toward the end of the movie he turned my head to face him and then he kissed me. We were kissing for a while and we both really liked it. He wanted more but I said no. After that day things were going great, he would text me, call me babe, and he wanted to see me. Well these past few days he has been short with me. He doesn't text me, doesn't seem excited to see me, etc. So I asked him if he was OK yesterday and he said yes, why? I said you've been different lately and you've been short with me. He said I'm sorry if you feel that way, I didn't intend that babe. I said its OK, I was just wondering. And he stopped texting. I think I pushed him away and I feel like he's not into me anymore. But I'm not sure. I know its only been a day but I really like this guy. And I know he's busy with work and he's stressed out with work but I don't know what I should do. Does he still like me or did I push him away?

It doesn't seem like you did anything wrong. You just want to keep getting to know him better. And if he wanted to keep getting to know you better too, he would make an effort to contact you and to see you.

So it sounds more like his feelings aren't very strong for you. It doesn't hurt for you to try to set up the next date, but if you don't end up on the same page at some point, it's better for you to move on.
