My question pertains to a resident living in a mobile home park in California (own the home, rent the space) that receives a 'Combined 3-Day Notice To Pay Rent or Quit, 3-Day Notice To Perform Covenants or Quit and 60-Day Notice to Terminate Possession' for non payment of space rent. Is there a website or place of reference that gives time line information for this specific form? For example, the number of days specified to pay if the notice is personally served as opposed to posting. How many days does the term 'Timely Tendered' actually reflect? How many days after the above notice has been served can management refuse full tender of the monies claimed to be owed? Number of days before mailing notice to legal owner? Calendar or Business days?

You need to read this:
CAL. CIV. CODE § 798.36 : California Code - Section 798.36 (http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/cacode/CIV/5/d2/2/2/2.5/4/s798.36)

I don't believe a 3 day notice is valid with a mobile home because of the process of moving it. This may also help:
