I just recently lost 38 pounds without excersizing. 178 to a 140 . Now that I'm off the program I'm so scared to gain weight and get fat again now I'm 143 :0 I get emotional every time before eating. I ask my mom to help me or help me calm down but my mom yells at me to shut up or doesn't care even though it really bothers me. She doesn't help me stay on track either. I still have a belly and fat arms that I hate. I have absolutely no time for exercise I can't even make time which is upsetting me. With emotional. L problems at school I been eating too much. I worried I'll never be skinny or feel good about myself.

First off congratulations on your weight loss. Eating should be something you enjoy not dread. Please go see a counselor or trusted adult who can help with your problems. You need to find someone who will be wiling to help you with this as this seems to have not only become a physical problem, but an emotional as well. Also please remember that being skinny has absolutely nothing to do with being pretty. Don't compare yourself to the women you see on TV or magazines as they are not real. They have been digitally recreated to represent the media's definition of beauty. Do not put yourself down and remember that you are perfect just as you are and do not need to be skinny to be pretty. Best of wishes and keep us posted

Sweetheart... you need to look at the glass half full instead of half empty! It is awesome that you lost almost 40 pounds! If your mom can't help you stay on track then she has issues she needs to deal with. Take that time that you watch TV and do sit ups in your room do lunges go take a walk or run in place. But first and foremost you have got to stop beating yourself up! You have already accomplished so much! Take a breather get the negative out your life and keep it moving!

First you need to find time to exercise, Next if you did not properly lose the weight, yes it goes right back on, which is why exercise is important part of it, along with proper balanced diets.
Not sure what "program" you were on, I hope it was not some fad quick weight loss thing,
But you need to put life into control, your mom is not gong to lose your weight or control it, you will need to start getting into control of your life and your habits.
