I don't want to do probation,I rather do 30 days--after I plaeded guilty I had to get mental evualtion and -drug and alcohol evluation--i don't want to do any of it-a petty disorderly max sentnce is 30 days and on my court paper it said max 30 days-could I do more than 30 days and more probation or if I refuse and do the max 30 days am I done everything

You need to have your attorney ( even if court appointed) but this needed to be discussed with the DA. Yes you can work out a deal to serve time instead, at least in many courts, I have seen it done before

A 30 day sentence is reduced to 20 days with good behavor (10 days per month).
